We are a 220 cluster-style town homes and villas belonging to its own Association. Timberwalk II has a community pool. Prior written Association approval for sales or rentals is required. The owners are responsible for paying both Timberwalk II and Loggers’ Run Maintenance Fees. We’re responsible for consistently maintaining a high standard of living within our community. Our residents’ satisfaction is our top priority, and we plan events and provide amenities for exactly that purpose. You can count on us for anything related to common area maintenance and community services. We’re Timberwalk II HOA, always there for you.

Exterior Painting Schedule for Two-Story Timberwalk II Units​

We are pleased to announce that the exterior painting of all two-story units on Thousand Pines Lane, Cypress Wood Lane, and Woodspring Drive is scheduled to begin on April 28, 2025.


Schedule Overview:

  • The painters will start with pressure washing the three units on Woodspring Drive, followed by their exterior painting.

  • Once completed, the team will relocate to Thousand Pines Lane, and finally finish with units on Cypress Wood Lane.​

 

Please take this opportunity to address any necessary repairs to your unit's exterior to ensure readiness for painting.


Important Notes:

  • Advance Notice: The painters will provide notice to each individual homeowner before any work commences on your unit.

  • Patio Area Painting:

    • If you wish to have your patio area painted, please ensure the patio door is unlocked on the scheduled day.

    • Prepare the patio by removing any wall-mounted articles and moving furniture to the center of the room. The painters will cover these items with plastic sheeting before painting the wall surfaces.

The color scheme will remain consistent with the design used for the one-story units painted last year.

2025 Timberwalk II HOA Meeting Schedule: 

​

​Please note the TW2 Homeowners Association (HOA) meeting schedule for 2025 below.​ ​

  • January 9 - Annual Meeting

  • April 10 - 2Q meeting

  • July 10 - 3Q meeting

  • October 9 - 4Q meeting

  • November 13 - Budget meeting​

The meetings will begin at 6:30 pm in the Timberwalk I Clubhouse.  ​

Community News

Timberwalk II Pool Picnic Pavilion: 

​

During the July 2024 HOA meeting the Board of Directors reviewed and approved updates to the community rules and regulations concerning the use of the picnic pavilion at the community pool.

​

To facilitate fair access and proper upkeep of the pavilion, it is now required to arrange reservations via Campbell Management. This updated procedure is established to organize and confirm availability of the pavilion for the intended date of use.

 

Additionally, a refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to secure a reservation. This deposit will be returned once it is verified that the pavilion and its surrounding area have been left clean and in the same condition as before use.

These changes aim to enhance the enjoyment and functionality of the community amenities for all residents.
